Life and Wellness, Fitness and Nutrition are a signature piece to all our services as they are the foundation to any quality of life transformation. It is important that we look at each person, their unique situation, and the reason they have come to need support. Therefore, each person’s journey with us tends to hold its own variation between time and frequency.

Typical engagement in services begins with sessions twice per week, often for only the first few weeks while we are digging deep for the route cause. After this initial period clients will generally engage in weekly sessions at extended lengths of 1 ½ hours which allows for the appropriate space to discuss what happened through the week, brainstorm improvements, and determine the focus and intention going forward. Once we reach a period of consistent positive growth we begin to transition with 2 sessions per month and then complacency check ins every 3 weeks until our work together is done.
